Weld neck flange also called WN flange, is a flange with a neck butt welded to the pipe. Weld neck flange is not easy to be deformed, well sealed, and widely used. Weld neck flange is suitable for pipelines with large fluctuations in pressure or temperature or pipelines with high temperature, high pressure≤25.0Mpa and low temperature. It is also used for conveying expensive, flammable and explosive media on the pipeline with nominal pressure around PN16MPa. The sealing surface of weld neck flange is RF, MFM and TG.
