-Machining: turning, milling, drilling, grinding, threading, CNC machining, etc.

Finishing: Sand blasting, polishing, plating, acid treatment, anodizing, painting and PVC powder coating

Material:

Grey iron and ductile iron: ASTM A126、A216、A536

Carbon steel: 10#, 15#, 20#, 25#, 30#, 35#, 40#, 45#, 50#, 55#,1020,1025；

Alloy steel: 15Mn, 40Cr, 42CrMo...etc

Stainless steel: 303、304、304L、316、316L、410、431、318；

Surface: Powder coating, Chrome plating, Painting, Sand blasting, Nickel Plating, Zinc Plating, Blacking, Polishing, Bluing, etc.

Quality control:

1. Tolerance: according to the drawing or to be negotiated, the defective products rate is less 0.1%.

Sample and pilot run will be given 100% inspection during production and before shipment, Sample check for mass production according to EATHU ISO standard or customer requirements.

2. Test equipment: Spectrum Analyzer, CMM, Hardness test equipment, Tension test machine;

3. After-sales services are available.

4. Quality situation can be traceable.

* You send us your drawing or sample

* We carry through project assessment

* We give you our design and quotation for your confirmation

* We make the sample and send it to you after you confirmed our offer

* You confirm the sample then place an order and pay us 30% deposit

* We start producing

* When the goods is done, we start the shipment and you pay us the balance after received the bill of lading copy.
