Introduction

Butt weld 180 return elbow is a kind of butt weld fittings. There are two types of butt weld 180 elbow, Butt weld 180 long radius elbow(180 LR elbow) and Butt weld 180 short radius elbow(180 SR elbow).The difference between them is the center to end distance.LR elbow center to end is 1.5 times of norminal pipe size,SR elbow center to end is equal to the norminal pipe size. Buttweld elbows below 24 inches are produced by cutting, heating and bending seam or seamless steel pipes; pipe elbows of larger sizes are made from welded pipes or steel plates.
